Just dropping in to report that three years after flushing my liver clean, my skin is still absolutely perfect, after years of suffering with "adult acne" and "rosacea".
I had worked like the very devil for four years to clean out my poor abused colon (mega juice fasts and professional colonics were my main arsenal)that barely budged my skin troubles, I fianlly got around to flushing my liver clean and voila! Perfect skin! Even now people comment on what great skin I have (I look around to see who they're talking to)... it's a miracle!
I do annual maintenance on both my colon and liver, and still give thanks to the Liver Flushing goddess for my wonderful skin.
Another permanent benefit from all this cleansing: my eyesight has improved by a full point. Go figure.
Whatever your cleansing goals, you CAN do it! I am a poster child.

I'm so thrilled for you that the Liver Flushes have allowed you to reach your goal of perfect skin. I too set out on a Liver Flushing mission just over a year ago, and sucessfully completed about 20 flushes. I then stopped for a period, and when I tried returning to the flushing a few months ago I found the oil/grapefruit mix absolutely unbearable. I'd be gaggaing and almost bringing it back up before I'd got half of it down. The number of stones I expel is also barely any, but I don't feel this is a result of my liver being clean yet as I still suffer from frequent breakouts (especially forehead area). Did you ever experience such problems with the flushing?- Better Liver Flush Somer

MoreThis is a reply to # 1,252,681Oh yeah! I cannot do the olive/grapefruit mixture. Gag me!!! My mixture of choice is 1/2 cup Hain cold pressed walnut oil with 1/2 cup fresh OJ plus the juice of a lime... You might want to look into Chinese herbs to soften up the gunk in your L/GB... try sensiblehealth.com for her suggestions on liver flushing, including green apple juice.
I believe my Liver Flushing went so well and quickly due to about four years of dedicated colon cleansing including lots of juice fasting. Patience is definitely the trick with liver flushes. Don't forget to hang at the Liver Flush Forum --lots of gurus and good support.
I am presuming you are parasite free and your colon is clean.
PATIENCE! You can do it!

--What kind of Liver Flushing you do? Is it Andreas Moritz 's The Amazing Liver and Gallbladder Flush? I've read the book several times, but still afraid to do it...
--Exactly what kind of annual colon/liver maintenance you're doing?

This is a reply to # 1,252,814My preferred Liver Flush is posted above. I do a 10+ day juice fast 2-3 times a year, with professional colonics for colon maintenance (I am breaking a 21 day fast today). I follow up these fasts with a Liver Flush (or two if I feel the need). In short, I just stay at it!
Clean blood = clean skin. Liver filters every drop of blood that bathes all our tissues. We really need to focus on this important organ.
Again, it is critical to be parasite free when flushing your liver.
You CAN do it!

I just recently did the Master-Cleanse for two weeks... back to eating again...
but when I first started eating I know my anus was itching horribly!
I read up on it, and seems as if I still have parasites... as itching is one of the symptoms of having parasites...
did I do all the fasting and flushing for nothing??? Did I make things worse???
(I have had Acne since I was 12, :(. It's still active. 'Not as much as it used to be, improved A WHOLE LOT, but the marks are an eye sore!!!)- Re: Perfect Skin KayMichael

The itching rectum is caused by a yeast overgrowth caused by the master cleanse. While the cleanse kills the bad bacteria...it also kills the good bacteria and allows the yeast to overgrow. I personally use garlic pills and caprillic acid whenever I start itching in the rectum and take them a few times a day for a week and it usually is under control from there. Hope that helps!
