read the protocol for removing amalgams. just tell your dentist to use a dental dam and a high suction unit... that will prevent a lot.. I am sorry I can't give you the protocol because I am not a biological dentist but I am learning some things and getting to believe in it! I am sure somebody in the forum will give you the pages
