The thing is that we don't know exactly what you need. We can venture a guess, but we don't know. It is up to you to read and decide for yourself what might be of help to you. Sometimes the best answer you will get will be to go back and read.

When I first found this site back in January, there was no such thing as an archive. (Now we have several) It was a fairly new site, but had enough letters to keep me busy reading what people had to say about liver cleansing. Agnes was really prominent on this site with help for people. I think one of her goals was for others to pick up the ball and answer questions, too.

I visited this site for two months reading before I decided that I was brave enough to do a liver cleasnse.

I don't know your situation. If you are very ill and can not sit up for long, do you have anyone that could help you by reading some of the letters to you?

I have found, for the most part, people here are very caring. I care about you and will help with advice, if I can. The thing is, most of the questions asked are not new. The same questions have been asked many, many times by people that seem to not have taken the time to go back and check the archives. There is valuable information there. You will meet some great people and learn from their trials and discoveries. You will be happy when they get relief from the ills that have plagued them. You will find answers to most of the questions that you have, if you will take the time to look.

If you are in pain and have come here as a last resort, then you may have to have the surgery. But then if you continue to visit here and read, you will learn how people have coped with no gall bladder. You will read about their successful flushes.

Most of us here are not experts. We don't have all the answers. We have the experiences from our own cleanses to share. We try to encourage and support anyone who asks questions, but we do not have all the answers. This is still a discovery journey for most of us. We learn as we go what works and what doesn't for us and then we share hoping that it will help someone else.

Please, now that you have found this site, stay and learn. You were led here for a reason as were most of us were, I would venture a guess. I will try to help if I can. I'm sure others will, too.
