Thanks Southern Belle for your comment. When I first started, I was in dire need, but I took the time to read the past posting as I really wanted to know what I was getting myself into, the natural health thingy.

Through reading the past posting, and all the relevent links in curezone, I was amazed with the amount of informaiton available. In fact, most of the previous post answered most of my questions.

At the moment, I'm attempting to do some of the cleanses, as well as more reading and research, and hopefully after I've gained more experience and knowledge, I may be of some help to others in need.

At the moment, my enthusiasm and convincing facts are geting my boyfriend into toxic-free and meat free lifestyle.
