I was diagnosed when I was 14 with an Angioma on my liver. Never had problems with it at the time. Now I am 46 and was told my cavernous angioma had grown much larger. I was sent to the Vascular Center and they suggest instead of surgery they would do an Embolization through my Artery from my groin to my liver to freeze it. Well instead my artery on my leg was damaged and the Emolization didn't help. At the time of the procedure they were more concern of my leg due to the damaged artery...Now it has been 7 months and I'm in extremely bad pain... I feel they made me worse all around. I can't walk now without my leg getting tired and feeling heavy. This Angioma pain is taking a toll on me. I can’t sit much. I Had an MRA done and I see the Vascular Doc tomorrow to tell me if it’s gotten bigger which I can tell it has. Surgery is my next option...Has anyone had an Embolization done and if it worked for them... I'm curious if anyone else has??? I’m sorry if I misspelled on here. I am in very much pain and to top it off I suffer from Fibromyalgia. This isn’t pain from the fibro it’s coming from my liver…
