I would always start with testing first. Everything I wrote is really for those desparate souls like myself who have tried all kinds of tests and have gotten negative results repeatedly. If you haven't done any tests, then do them first by all means. Medications are poisons which can kill. The only thing that keeps you reasonably safe from their deadly action is dosage and your organs of elimination working properly.
