In your place I would start with praziquantel first, as it has no effect on most protozoa. Then once you are Tapeworm free, I would switch to amoebicide type drugs like Tinidazole and Nitazoxanide. It is entirely possible that Tapeworm has protozoa too, so I'd get rid of that first. Besides praziquantel, I think that Abendazole is pretty good for tapeworms, maybe even better, except you have to take it with lots of fatty foods (preferably with olive oil).
