Stay at 20 grams carb per day MAXIMUM. The only other thing besides meats, fat, and some dairy that you can eat will come from leafy green veggies (with tiny amounts of non-starchy veggies other than leafy).
You may even be able to get a better overview here at atkin's site, where they have a carb counter. However, I believe that they have altered the diet slightly.
