I did this a long while ago with great success and I chose to stop because the menu had become mundane. While I was practicing this method, bad cholesterol decreased, good cholesterol increased, I was not experiencing hypoglycemic reactions, and I felt like a million bucks.
I would like to start this, again. I used to have the Atkins book, but lost it during a move and would like someone to offer a brief overview of how to best get started and into the first month. Thanks!
