R.G.'s ointment doesn't sting me except on very tender skin areas...and, a couple of times, I've put on some good olive oil, first.

I cough some, very briefly, and I make sure to spit every bit of phlegm and mucous that comes into my mouth (not saliva, of course).

That's because certain parasites hatch in the lungs, then try to get you to swallow them into the stomach so they can make their way to intestines where they will grow into adults.

I figure spitting them, if that's what I have, cuts them off at the pass!

I don't know what would help the eyes, though I'm sure there are some on CureZone who do.

Maybe search 'red-rimmed', or something, on this website.

Oh yes, I didn't think I 'saw' visible parasites for the longest time. Then I realized that what appeared to be food things, weren't...white rice kernels, bits of cottage cheese, corn, several kinds of seeds, in odd places and configurations. ...Rolled and flat pieces of tomato skins, and some that were obviously flukes and roundworms...all quite dead and meaningless to me. I just flushed them.

What WAS exciting was the obvious decrease in ammonia (parasite pee) in my body, shortly after beginning my first round of Humaworm. What a relief that was! Tweet
