Re: Candidia Cleanse - week 2 - and I need advice and guidance from fellow "cleansers"

The reason we do not eat Sugar and carbs is: they feed candida.
We do tolerate them still, to get rid of candida you need both the antifungal and to starve them.

Ceating will cause your blood Sugar to raise and your metabolism wont bother transforming Sugar from fat, sooooo the blood sugar will drop drastically and you crave sugar, if you swallow some more you are about to ride a rollercoaster. The best way to control it is to avoid it altogether (or to prepare a birthjday cake with stevia ). Chromium also helo with the craves for it helps to regulate the blood sugar.

I used to do enemas daily- at times twice a day and I have not needed one for over 2 weeks now. So no, it wont make you dependant to do them daily, it will just releive your metabolism and help the healing process. Use coffee enemas at first (until you are positive you do not have laky gut, coffee and plain water are you only options). Then you may use AVC (Apple cider vinegar enema and or Probiotics Enema : a blend of lactic bateria is a probiotic. When you swallow them digestion kill some of them. Take them away from meals with cold water to help prevent digestion. When you let them in with an enema, you don kill any. So - when you know you dont have leaky gut a coffee enema (for the first 1/2) followed by probiotics is the very best.
