First, if your penis is over 2-1/2 inches, it is long enough. The most sensitive area, other than the clitoris, is the entrance. It is possible to satisfy a woman with your little finger. True some women are judgemental about size, but this is not that common.

It is probably more a matter of technique or social intercourse. Actual love, tenderness, and caring are more important to women than to men. Spend as much time as possible in foreplay, be genuine. For women, the relationship is often more important than the sex.

Talk about penis size beforehand. If it is that important to them they will let you know, otherwise they may appreciate you more for being honest with them. Actually, many women would be more likely to avoid someone who was well endowed as this can be painful.

Lastly, I suggest, do not just have sex for the sake of having sex. Doing this might cause the two of you to fall in love with the wrong person. A great book to read is "Falling in Love For All the Right Reasons" by Neil Clark Warren. Read it thoroughly to the end.
