A simple test to see if your adrenals need some help.
Stand in front of a mirror and using a flashlight shine this side ways on to your eyes, not directly in your eyes. Your pupils will dilate. If your adrenals are fine they will stay dilated, if not they will grow bigger or fluctuate.
Another test is to take your temperature. Take every 3 hours throughout the day for several days. If the reading is different at the same time every day then suspect Adrenal fatigue, temps are erratic. Hypothyrodism temps are low and steady. If low and erratic could be both.
Do you hate loud music and bright lights, do you jump if someone suddenly enters the room unexpectedly. In otherwords are you nervous, jittery and jumpy. That is low adrenal function.
And yes, adrenals love Seasalt . I read once they can't get better without it.
