If you have Sea Salt add a small pinch to salads and other vegetables and eat them. I sometimes eat Guavas with Sea Salt and cayenne. I have done that with apples to. I do not know what your body is deficient in, but I read somewhere that I when your adrenal glands are not functioning well you crave salt. So don't eat too much of it till you find out exactly. I am sure other posters will have something to say. Also no-no to supermarket salt.
