Re: New Habanero Pepper Cleanse! Many pictures of many different types of parasites. lightstream
"I don't think I would have tried habanero without finding your post. I'm still surprised that my low grade headache and "foggy" thinking, (symptoms I've had for over two years) improved on the first day I took it! The habanero seems to have curbed the
parasites and/or lessen their side effects."
What else have you tried in the past 2 years? Has anything else that you have tried (other than elimination diet) helped you as much as the hot-sauce?
"Something I noticed (side effect?), on the first night I took the pepper caps, several hours later suddenly both my hands became really hot. I was very careful to not touch the pepper and washed my hands well, so it wasn't from pepper residue. Gradually the heat stopped. The next night it was my left hand only (weird!) The third night the heat seemed to be behind my eyes and forehead."
This is so fascinating to me. Keep sharing things like this. I love it. I have noticed the heat-sensations in my hands, arms, chest, & all over as well. You're not alone there. It's not unpleasant, like a heat-flash. I rather enjoyed it.
"Whatever it is, the decrease in headache is SO worth it. I'll take random 'hot spots' any day over chronic low-grade headache misery."
I'm so happy for you.
I'm also taking oil of oregano and GSE, and stomach enzymes with meals. I read somewhere that lipase is supposed to be good for offing blastocysts because they have a fat pocket as part of their cell structure and lipase may dissolve it and kill them.
I plan on trying the dewormer soon. It will be interesting to compare it's results. Did the oil of oregano, or the enzymes help you before you started eating hot pepper sauce?
Anyway, I'm getting some decrease in symptoms which is great. I'd rather keep working with herbs, spices etc., than take any more harsh and ineffective prescribed medications.
Likewise. I believe in the body's innate intelligence. The body knows what's good for it. Poisons taste repulsive. The most healthy foods will taste the best, assuming they are not laced with
Mono-Sodium-Glutamat (Natrium Glutamat) & over-processed
White Sugar . Some say that the
parasites take over & tell the body what to eat. This is a scary concept. I believe the
parasites consume certain minerals and sugars and our bodies also need these minerals and sugars to function and heal. While fasting from their favorite foods may put the parasites in a more dormant (cyst) state, for a time, it does not help the body become strong and eliminate the root cause of the problem. Killing parasites causes herx reactions, which to me are headaches, eye-soreness, & a need to sleep more, but ultimately it is a good thing, because more parasites are dead and in the long run I'm working towards eliminating the root cause. A lot of the testimonials of lyme disease sufferers indicate that it is only after going through many herxes, many waves of killing parasites, & then when the herx is strong, backing off and letting the body heal, are they able to completely recover, but it often takes 1 to 2 years to completely be back to normal. However, after each herx, the lyme victims find themselves feeling better than before. Lyme disease & alternative treatments for it are something I recommend you to investigate.
I'm familiar with special diets that limit many delicious foods that our bodies crave, and how these diets reduce some of the symptoms, however, appearantly one would have to be on these diets for the rest of his life, & so does it really get at the root cause? Could it be that eating pineapple, a natural source of enzymes (lipase is an enzyme), enables the body to kill off the assailants and therefore leads to a herx reaction, only making one feel worse temporarily, but ultimately is in his best interest? If one starves the body of the nutrients it craves in order to starve the bugs, one is still starving the body. I'm all for eliminating over-processed white
Sugar & white flour. However, natural sugars like maple syrup, & honey, I am convinced are a necessary requirement from the body, as well as even meat, when a body is injured and needs whatever special properties of the meat help it to heal.
It's counter-intuitive to strive for Herx reactions, but with cystic parasites, it seems to have been the real deal for other sufferers.
Many diseases are caused by microbes that are easily passed through sexual contact. I see the wisdom, now, in marriage to one partner.
I've updated my site with more pictures. There's plenty of discussion about it on Doc Sutter's curezone forum too.
I hope that soon you will be inspired to eat more & more, stronger & stronger peppers with your food, as a delicious spice. The uncomfortable heat sensations reduce quickly as tolerance builds up, and when this happens you may find that hot peppers can taste more delicious than pizza, when they are baked in the oven with some veggies with olive oil over them & salt. Salt is another good bug-killer, & likewise, may lead to light-herxing, & likewise is another such food some will tell you to avoid. There's much to consider here. Will we trust our instincts, that our body is craving delicious foods because it intuitively knows what is healthy?
One very interesting thing that I've notices is that if I've been withholding myself from
Sugar for a while, and then I have a meal of oatmeal with lots of maple syrup, or a meal of french-toast with plenty of organic (from the tree) real maple syrup, the bugs come out in hordes. It does not seem to happen if I eat it regularly though. It seems the sweet stuff can lure them out of their cystic state and when they come to feed, the hot peppers... or the immune system (if it has what it needs)... finshes them off. I've read other people experience the same thing, & Doc Sutter wrote about lure them out with sweets as well. Personally, I would not use white
Sugar to do it though.
Best of wishes, & please keep me informed.
