Re: Milk and fatigue

My advice would be to lay off everything you are taking while your body is weak. Sounds like you are taking herbs that kill yeast and parasites and detoxing is very taxing on the adrenals. You first have to build the adrenals up and make sure they are supported while you do any kind of detoxing and while detoxing you should be doing coffee enemas and flushing the toxins out. I would try a good glandular for the adrenals, isocorts have helped me sooooo much! You can get them from the internet for $27. I would perhaps lay off the V8 juice and milk for they are both common allergins. Many people are allergic to tomatoes and dairy due to the lactose (sugar) in the dairy. If your body is trying to repair itself, eating foods you are allergic to will be very taxing on your system. I would eat a diet of mostly green veggies, lean meat such as fish and chicken, eggs, a few nuts and seeds such as almonds and pumpkin seeds and perhaps some brown rice if you need some carbs. I can't do any rice, corn, etc. juicing green veggies and eating a very strict hypoglycemic/candida diet has helped me repair my adrenals but I also take shots of hydrocortisone because I was in a state of severe adrenal exhaustion and have not been able to work since december. I am starting to feel like I can get a part-time job soon so things are looking up for me. Best of luck to you! Hope this info. helps! Again, the isocorts have been a great help to me!
