So, your not convinced, thats fine.People you know that have tried it and it hasn`t worked, thats fine. Have YOU tried it? Sometimes you need to take a leap of faith, just like the thousands of others who have, before you, and for many centuries prior. If you are healthy and extremely fit I am happy for you but for those people who have tried other methods and it hasn`t worked, what else is there for them? I have seen many of my friends,who, after I have helped,and with with information from the net about UT get better. What you must realise is that it is not UT alone that,lets say,cures these people. You have to have a healthy diet,you have to have intent, you have to want to change and you also have choice,but this does not happen overnight. Do the research, how hard is it? I do not claim to know everything and never will but there is a glut of information out there to help those who need it.UT does work and it has made a huge difference in my life alone. I have been doing UT for 16 months and I am still learning,and yes, I feel so fantastic to what I was before and I will continue to do it. That is my choice,and like you, you have a choice. As for those people who tried it, how long did they do it for? Did they change their diets, did they do plenty of research, did they continue with UT, and for how long, or did they just give up because it was not working fast enough for them? Patience is a very good teacher.Each one of us is unique, we all have different wants and needs and some have life threatening illnesses.Until you try it and experience it you will never know. It is always good to remain skeptical, but then one day,you might just need it.
