Re: Advice for hard cyst on face for two months!

I also would like any other answers or suggestions on this as I also have something similar on my back. I hardly ever get back acne, but I have a hard lump which has been around for almost a year! It was red and one point I think... but now its just a hard skin coloured lump which doesn't hurt or anything. Very strange, not sure if i should maybe see about getting it drained somehow??
Any suggestions? I too have a pretty good diet and take a load of supps, probiotics, lemon and water, kelp, keffir, kombucha etc, etc.
