Advice for hard cyst on face for two months!

Hi. I have a hard cyst on my cheek that has been there for two months now. I have tried everything I know of, but nothing has helped. It is hard and not painful, even though I have tried the following:

--Very hot compresses for 30 minutes at a time
--Ichthammol
--One teaspoon turmeric taken three times a day with warm water
--Xeno
--Oil pulling

I know the dermatologist will say "steroid shot" or Antibiotics . I'm not willing to do either, but am getting desperate.

I don't eat Sugar or gluten. The sweetest thing I eat is apples, not really any other fruits. I take a probiotic, an iron supplement, a veg omega product, cell food vitamins/minerals, cell food DNA/RNA support, heavy metal detox, biocidin for parasites. The heavy metal and biocidin are new additions. I've had skin problems for a long time, but nothing that didn't want to come out or resolved on it's own. The radionics lady says it's staph, but in that case, why doesn't it get angry and come out with the hot compresses? I'm at wit's end here....

Any thoughts or suggestions are appreciated:)
