Re: 5 months post...I'm not getting better

Hello Jen,

I respond to you,because i feel like you at this moment!.
I've had 2 good weeks,but now my 3rd period is coming,and i'm feeling depressed,and unstable.
Today a Carnival has started here in my village,and my kids wanted to go,i went there,but i felt terrible,i could cry.
I could not breath well,and felt anxious.
I have a good therapy,and it helps me most of the time,but i'm at point zero again,it's not the first time.
I still do have faith it will be better,but when!!
