UT plus Urinary Frequency ???

We moved, and Martha's book is in storage, so can anyone tell me if or how to begin when frequent urination is the main symptom?

Candida, pre-diabetes, parasites, and liver stones are the suspects. Smoking, inactivity (with days of strenuous activity here and there), and breaking dietary 'rules' too often are the worst of my habits. I try not to be too worried about the potatoes, since the rest of my family wants them, but they are part of the 'nightshade' family I'm sensitive to (along with tobacco). Overweight, especially in the abdomen and midriff doesn't help.

The MSG/Aspartame/chemicals thingy is likely to be a factor.

However, getting only an hour or two of sleep at a time between rushes to the bathroom has been devastating, for several years. Daytime urination is also frequent, but lying down seems to make it worse.

Nearly every night I sit up at the computer till 2 - 3 in the morning. Yes, I do good work on this machine, but I'm really just stalling, probably by habit.

I've tried lots of things; most recently oil-pulling; kelp and salt and vitamin C; and a little grapefruit seed oil in water with probiotics. Urinary frequency got worse, although I haven't stuck to these protocols.

I'm assuming that the increased frequency means that parasites/candida/toxins are leaving the body, but I don't know how much more I can take. It's interupting my life.

So, is Urine Therapy for me? A urine fast looks like a long hard road from here, but maybe the homeopathic way?

I've tried the drops under/on the tongue nearly every day for a couple of weeks now. Nothing major has happened.

Any ideas?
