Re: day 6 - appendicitis
chrisb1: you are some kind of professor, or teacher aren't you? i can tell from your style. it's sober, well-informed, well-researched and inspirational at the same time. seriously, you're the real deal. i love your posts, they're the first ones i read under other people's posts.
yeah, i knew that about shelton. he was not much into enemas - in his later career. so i guess tilden and him just diverged in that. but i can tell for sure that it made a big difference in my case, so i'm just gonna stick with that. for now. and it also makes sense in connection with what you said about appendicitis and constipation. there is another guy who was quite experienced with inflamed appendixes - whom tilden also quotes in his work - a. j. ochsner. he was more from the surgical school though.

from his experience appendicitis was in a lot of cases linked to gall-stones. and interestingly enough - i've been experiencing some odd pressure on my liver for as long as this appendix story has been going on. i did one liver cleanse, but it was not successfull (a couple of months before my appendix gave up on me). i did not extract any stones. but i know for sure i have some. because during the cleanse i experienced some pain and pulling in my liver or gall bladder section. it felt just like it must feel when you have a liver stone stuck in the ducts. and i felt that afterwards on more than one occasion. so one of the first things i'm gonna do when i'll recover from this story is do some
Liver Flushes - i already bought the juicer which will provide me with freshly squeezed apple juice to soften those babies up.
the gall or
liver stones really are curious to me: i mean i never drank. i did not eat too fatty food. i love veggies and fruit. i guess it must have been the good old polish food with all those pork sausages and pork fat spreads - my mom made the best! - that i enjoyed as a kid. oh yes, and my life long addiction to chocolate! true. the fat in there surely puts some strain on your liver. and i'm sure i had some parasites. i know i got rid of some when i started drinking thyme tea but who knows what's still in there wrecking havoc on my liver.
anyway, i truly appreciate your posts! thank you so much.
