Hello From Day 15!
Yep, that's one of my favorite activities during a cleanse: Planning the post-cleanse diet and exercise program! Oddly, I really enjoy preparing, reading about and watching shows about good food while fasting. I have found that food never tastes as good as it smells during a long cleanse, and I truly enjoy the sensation.
CONGRATULATIONS on the Big Ten! Once you have done a ten day
Master-Cleanse successfully, you have opened the door for future cleanses. You can learn so much about your body, and your relationship with food, in a short ten days (I know it seems long). You absolutely CAN use this experience as a springboard to better health!
Here I am at Day 15, still passing gunk. I will decide today whether I want to go a few more days, or just do a cleansing diet to clean up the excess. I am feeling MUCHO better the last two days... I have been like you, very low this fast. Usually I have great energy but I've been sleeping very hard, having strange dreams... that seems to be clearing up the last couple days so maaaaaaybe I will break and get onto fruits and veggies for a week or two to follow up... that and a nice
