Most likely it is candida, present in your kidneys, that is being expelled.
it is a good sign, the antifungals is working.

In my experience, when the state of the liver improves, it is much more efficient at cleansing the entire body and then, kidneys issues pop up.

It is an entirely good sign for, once the liver is up to it, once the kidney has also been completely cleansed, you are close to recovery.
