No I dont have back pain - just burning in my kidneys. Do you think that doesnt sound like an infection? I always hear of people having really bad back pain with kidney infections - and I dont have this back pain. My doctor never finds any bacteria in my urine. Maybe my kidneys are just toxic. I dont know whats going on. It really gets me down.
