Re: Julie
Hey, you only have infants for a short period of time, I hope you get to enjoy the baby a little, and pets and babies really can be a hard mix.
I took I think double to dose of purify, and I also did their colon cleanser at the same time, and I took a liquid
Wormwood without alcohol, I'm a recovering alcoholic, so I aviod tinctures. It was a couple of years ago, I don't remember the exact dose, I know I was working my rear off at the time, couldn't sleep, could barely walk from the pain, but I had to anyway to run my shop. I know now I could have taken a lot of things that would have made it easier, when you get there, I promise to post. With any herbal, the dose is going to be inexact, that's the nature of herbs, and the answer is to use your own judgement, take enough to kill the
parasite and not kill yourself in the process.
I also reacted violently to flagyl, it's a vermicide, by the way, I ran a really high fever and had horrible joint aches on it. I used to have candida, I've gotten rid of it. I think the yeast comes with the worm infection. it also goes when you get rid of the worms, which I'm sure you will really like. I also used a salt water flush when I started on iodine, it got rid of an awful lot of yeast.
It sounds like you've definitely got ascaris, but the actual good thing about them is they only reproduce to a certain level in your intestines, and they do not reinfect unless you are exposed to them again. So every one you kill is one down until you get reinfected. It's really easy to get them from dogs, dogs have them frequently, and people catch them from their pets. The squriming stuff does sound like ascaris, I also had them.
You generally find out you have a tape worm because you get segments in your stool, they are unmistably wierd items.
I had an awfully big tape worm, and I was clueless except for wierd bm's until I did an hydrogen peroxide cleanse, and that it didn't like at all, and I could feel it squirm. Very wierd sensation, which was one of the reasons I started on the
parasite cleansing. I'd been checked out by the best, and all I can say is that if you have good insurance, you can't possibly have worms as far as an MD is concerned, but they will test you for everything. What a waste!
The DE is a very good idea, I can't see any way it can hurt the baby, other than the toxins that the critters excrete when they die. There are ways that you can deal with that, but again, it's going to go right through to the baby, the less you take, for right now, the better. I can see why you've be feeling sick, I can't see how low doses of rosemary tea could hurt the baby.
The other possibility for you would be a zapper or rife machine, I know they kill worms, I'm planning on getting a rife machine this winter. I have an inexpensive zapper, and I don't use it as much as I should, I hate sitting still that long to be honest. At this point, I'm considering a terminator zapper, which is low frequency, that you wear all the time. I know one poster on this forum tried it, and didn't think it did anything, so I haven't decided on that one.
I think you definitly should try to find someone who knows more that me to help you with this, I know the terrain, I did nurse a baby, and thats tough enough, dealing with nursing and
parasites at the same time is really going to put you into a doubly disapproved of medical category- it's tough, I know. I think MD's are a little saner about nursing now than they used to be 30 years ago, at least I hope so.
I had mastitis when I nursed, I did call La Leche League, and they refered me to an MD that was not anti nursing, maybe they could send you to an alternative practioner of some sort who would have a bit of experience with people in your situation. I hope they are still around.
I also won't take the drugs, I can't prove it, but my gut tells me that's how I got into the crummy health I've been fighting for a while now, and at least for me, no more short cuts, enough is enough.
The best thing you can do is to boost your heath the best you possibly can with a really good diet, lots of liquid, little stress, as much help with the kids as you can get, rest, all that stuff that new mothers only dream about. I hope you have family near you to help you, don't be afraid to ask.
My heart really goes out to you, it's a rough situation, no question at all.
