I have the same experience as pb. Over the last 5 years I have done all different ways of eating, what you could call all healthy diets.
Since a year or so ago I found out grain does not work for me and also not too much fruit. So now my main food is grassfed organic meat, eggs and lots of vegetables (cooked) and not more than 2 fruits a day.
I cook the veggies in a waterless pan I do put a little bit of water in it, but drink the water afterwards.
I preferred not to eat meat because of the animals, but I felt always tired and when I went back to a more protein and low carb diet I felt much better.
