There's all kinds of HAARP info on youtube - some really good videos. Can't look them up right now.

I've seen lots of HAARP clouds around these parts and the chemtrails have picked up a lot since the stuff in Georgia w/Russia has been going down (after a nice monthlong break). I wonder if they're attempting to manipulate the hurricanes, but it's impossible to know. Tweet
