I've learned to be quiet if I can

Like with the last 2 days of the GERD and pains in my rib cage...I just try to be quiet about it. That way, I don't involve my husband anymore. I put him through enough for 8 months of "I don't geel good" or "I'm hurting". He didn't understand why I was hurting, so he became numb to it. I don't blame him at all. I'm sure if I heard from him that he didn't feel good for 8 months, I would get immune to hearing it or trying to understand.

I know I feel soooo much better than when I had that damn thing in!!!

Today I cooked on the grill for breakfast. Not something I would normally do, but it was a great surprise to him. I was having pains in my rib cage, but I just pushed through, and now everyone is ready to take a very early nap!!! LOL Of course that might have something to do with the breakfast beer we drank!!!

Which by the way, beer has helped me through my anxiety. I'm not saying to start drinking beer if you never had before, but when the vertigo kicked up and the anxiety, a couple of beers and it was either gone or under control!!!!

Have a great Labor Day!!
