Re: Pic of gallstones from my Liver Flush

This is just groce-but better out than in. I have never done a liver flush or a bowel cleanse. Think I will do one-which do I do first? I also do not have a gall bladder-they took it out-it had shut down and wasn't working, so will I get gall stones if I do not have a gall bladder? Also how often do I need to do a liver flush? Thank you for your previous post on your instrustions on how to do a liver flush. I did not have any idea on that at all.
