Debbie,
I did a good colon/intestional cleanse before I knew about the Humaworm cleanse and the plain Liver flush.
I have heard the saying that death starts in the colon so do a good colon cleanse first.
Yes you will get gallstones out. My Mom, my Dad and my girlfriend do not have gallbladders and they all three get gallstones out. If the Bile Duct is blocked with parasites you will not get that many out though. RG says that if we are real toxic then we need to do a plain liver flush before the Humaworm cleanse and then do another plain liver flush 7 days after the Humaworm cleanse is done. You need to wait 7 days because you still have the Humaworm herbs working inside your body and you don't want to flush them out. You have to wait two weeks after you do a plain liver flush before you can do another one. I try to a plain liver flush after every Humaworm Cleanse. (7 days or so later) Sometimes things come up and it has to be put off a few days but I really try hard to do it. I feel so much energy and a sense of well being that it makes me want to do it. When my biliary tubing is clean then I won't have to do them as often.
The gallbladder is attached to the bile duct and acts as a storage reservoir. Many people have biliary tubing that is choked with gallstones. As the gallstones grow, they create back pressure on the liver causing it to create less bile. The liver is full of biliary tubing that delivers the bile to one large tube (The Bile Duct)
With gallstones and chaff=(crystalized cholesterol which looks like sand when it comes out) in the biliary tubing, much less cholesterol leaves the body and cholesterol levels rise.
This is why it is good to do a plain liver flush. We don't realize that these things are inside of us much less than in lots of small tubings. Most people don't even realize that they have parasites and that they are what are making them sick.
I hope that I have answered some of your questions.
Again, I am so happy that I found RG and his humaworm cleanse.
Happy cleansing,
Donna
