Here’s a link to some questions and answers…some I may not personally follow (such as the doctor’s prescriiptions --diabetes medication type stuff-- for one) but that is a personal choice of mine, “friction” I have or have had with my medical doctors (I DON‘T know you medical condition in your body --BUT- you do or have been told by your doctor-- so your call/choice always ).
The important working issue/daily detail is to keep your glucose numbers…in the NORMAL RANGE!!! Most of the information is very basic good information to build an approach as to ..what’s going on in our bodies as a diabetic? and what do we need to do (daily doing facts) to stop the destruction that out of controlled diabetes will.. Absolutely WILL cause if not controlled …very serious destruction of normal health and a normal day to day functioning of a “get-up-and-go” lifestyle?
