"MEDS"...possible healthy fact???...after your own personal research for true facts..."MEDS" may not be the "total fix" for a healthy body...long term...that it is promoted by the manufactures...(check with your doctor) just my opinion/decision...and looking at family and friends that have diabetes and their own course of treatment/action...after 6-10 years & poor decisions -they, diabetics- start moving in a negative pace.. hard and fast "own" one's body...U may see/feel totally moved toward a new path "to do" your choice--your decision--your daily action...
KEEP IT SIMPLE START eating smart/healthy right NOW...there is NO magic pill/herb without the eating smarter... with diabetesType2 (or any other major poor health issue)..and that is a BIG TRUE MEDICAL FACT (to write at the top of your list)...need to learn and make it easy/healthy on yourself/ your daily life/your family...--starting out the gate-- with your *medical* FACT of diabetes &/or high/low... not daily healthy normal blood readings the MEDICAL FACT of U "numbers" are right in front of U on U machine or U lab test!!!
Diabetes will not go away..if your choice to NOT believe U have a lifelong major health medical fact..an issue that U will have to manage LIFELONG (medical FACT). This is a common feeling with a new diabetic (me included)..."I really don't have diabetes".
And Don't be one of these "all the time" "LOOKERS" (for the magic stuff)so they can eat ANYTHING!!! ANYAMOUNT!!!EVERYWEEK/day be a doER with the food in your hand/plate eat for health...daily...if U mess-up...get up and do better/healthy the next food choice...that is something we ALLLL do (make bad choices at times)... BE VERY trueFULLLL with your food it will tell you what will happen before you eat it...with some practice/research/learning ...GOOD OR NOT GOOD ...U know what is GOOD and NOT GOOD ...U choose every meal/snack that moves to U mouth...U can.. NOT BELIEVE...a food's goodorbad ...but that doesNOT make it a MEDICAL FACT...u not believing a food is unhealthy...track the results of different foods.
I'm not giving U a hard time/effort/kicking U while U down... but there is alot of "fluff out" the basics are the basics ---start with the basics---healthy eating meals/snacks...MEDICAL HEALTHY FACT!!!
