Doc Christopher used to say "any infection in the mouth, pull it". In reference to the bad tooth causing the infection.

Don't understand about the garlic. Should have cleaned it right up. Obviously it made it worse so I really don't know what to tell you. The oregeno is good, colloidal silver which you've already done. The only other thing I can think of is Hydrogen peroxide but you have to be real careful with that. I'd go with the store bought kind right now and see how it goes. Also salt water will draw the infection out. But it won't do anything about the rotting tooth. Maybe if you keep the infection gone for a while the tooth will heal.

Draw the infection out as good as you can with the salt water and then apply hydrogen peroxide to the gum and tooth. Worth a try.
