Re: tooth infection, garlic, and gum swelling

I had a dead tooth that caused infection at root tip and very bad jaw pain. The only thing that stopped the pain was rubbing oil of oregano on the gum (mixed in a bit of olive oil) - try not to get it on the tongue! THis held me for a month while I agonized over whether I could ever overcome it in my very sick state or whether the dead tooth would just keep fueling the infection (on my liver/gb meridian!) and start eating my jaw.
