Try my advice (posted on this forum). To summarize:
1) Eat small to moderate portions of healthy food. Avoid excessive Sugar and oil.
2) Wash your face often with a mild soap and warm water. Wash your hair often, too. Change your towel and pillowcase every few days.
3) JOURNAL! Write down what you're eating and the condition of your rashes. Also write down how much sleep you're getting and anything else you think is worth noting.
Now DO NOT GIVE UP. This has been a horrible experience for you. I know all about it. But I do believe it will go away in time (hopefully very soon), and I do believe that there is a cure to be found. I found the cure for me! So there IS hope!
