I started in December and for some reason I feel so positive about it, though I can't tell you yet what the results are going to be.
I always started with the morning urine but I do it now later in the day. I read that there are more hormones involved in the morning and I was getting a bloody discharge from a problem I have with the endometrium.
Since I changed the timing the discharge has disappeared. Tweet
