Ok JAB I know you brought it up a while back but it was Bruce that claimed it damaged collagen and worried Catlin that she may end up wrinkly and I can't find any evidence for this.
Just because it is an oxidant doesn't mean it is going to oxidize collagen unless you take far too much and cause oxidative stress, also since ClO2 is selective and doesn't easlily oxidise the amino acids in collagen then it's highly unlikely
whereas UV light and even oxygen can do this more easily
As for your wrinkles perhaps you were a little dehydrated or there is another explanation for that. I wouldn't have thought that if there was collagen damage it would be repaired so fast
