Oh Man! Flukes! These are the best set of initial results photos I've seen. Unfortunately they can also be in the liver. You may have just started saving your life! A friend of mine tells me the one that looks like pototo skin/brown paper bag with spots is buski fluke.

I had to start liver flushing after the humaworm because my gallbladder/liver were so crammed with dead flukes that my bad stuffed pain was back in force.
