Identify these parasites please

These are all pictures of parasites I recently expelled. The pictures are numbered with comments.

Does anyone recognize any of these?
If you have seen them come from yourself, which ones, and what illnesses do you have?

Can you help me identify some of these?

The twig/sitck looking ones are most peculiar.

Personally, I have what feels like appendicitis, a mild case, but now I'm starting to wonder if the real problem is caused by all these parasites that you see in these pictures. Another problem I have is that my stomach sticks out further than my chest, even though, overall, I'm a fit, lean, muscular 30 year old man. It just does not look right to me, even though it only stick at an inch or 2, and even though the curve of my lower-back seems to curve inward enough to compensate for it.
