I am a new member of this forum. My interest is driven by the disease of my 80 year old father, who has been diagnozed with the high grade stage IV squamous cell carcinoma in the left salivary gland and some local metastases. The gland and some surrounding tissues have been surgically removed 10 days ago. Now they suggest radio (6-7 weeks) and chemo (3 sessions) therapies.
Personally, I don't believe much in alopatic medicine (except diagnostics and surgery) and have been researching alternative treatment protocols for the past 2 weeks.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated, especially realated to a similar case (head and neck cancer).
