thanks for your reply! Those posts were helpful. I went ahead and took the urine again this morning, but less today, 1/4 cup. I have the most godawful headache, but headaches are my M.O. all my life, and they have been much better on the UT up until today. Dark circles around my eyes more than usual, and this headache came on very fast after I took my nightly dose of liver & gallbladder detox herbs in an alcohol tincture. After 10 flushes, my liver still isn't where it should be, and it's like less than 2 teaspoons of alcohol threw me into a toxic headache or something. Well, I guess I"ll keep up with it. I don't think I can do a fast, though, but I am going to eat light and more raw over the next couple weeks since I've been pretty bloated and "digestively challenged" as of late.
