Re: Kartiks...

i was thinkin bak.. when i first got this... when i peeled off the skin, i remember lots of blood from different areas of the skin, no overgrowth but crusty... i specifically remember blood because it stained my finger nails.

now when i peel(thanks to cortisol/cortisone) i have no blood, no pain, no strength in the skin... the positive thanks to progesterone is no overgrowth of skin but because of the weak skin it can be peeled off.

i've been going off researching recently trying to figure out why the skin is so weak...my guess is damaged blood vessels... blood carries oxygen, and oxygen gives skin cells life, without oxygen they die.

cortisol makes blood vessels constrict(smaller).... due to all this inflammation meaning more cortisol... logically it has constricted or even destroyed the blood vessels.

When i look at a normal persons lips... the skin looks so strong and tightly connected with what is underneath, like it's 1 layer.... ours on the other hands looks like its dead skin, then raw skin. Our lips may just be manufacturing skin cells normally but they die straight away because of no oxygen, which is a result of no blood vessels. The main function of blood vessels is to carry blood through the body. The blood carries oxygen, nutrients, and wastes that need to move around the body. The type in the skin is blood cappilliries.

"The third kind of blood vessels is capillaries. They are very tiny. You would need a microscope to see one. They connect the arteries to the veins. They let oxygen and nutrients pass from the blood to body cells. They also let carbon dioxide and other wastes pass from the cells back into the blood. This is possible because the walls of the capillaries are so thin that substances can pass through easily. This happens through a process called diffusion."

i've obviously seen progress in reducing estrogen/cortisol.... but i've learntn to keep my mind open.

i've always noticed.. near the border of the bottom lip... it was the most difficult to peel and it didn't exactly overgrow... i forcefully removed it because it "leveled" with the rest of my lips.... it bleeds...i don't know if blood brings a specific strength to the skin or wat exactly did...

can anyone answer this question for me? or give me a source to get the answer?
