Thanks for those tips. I never knew I was hypoglycaemic b4 now, explains (and justifies) a lot...midnight snacks, feeling hungry 2 hours after eating, energy crashes at 4pm. I'm looking forward to some yummy snacking.
22 years is a heck of a long time to have hypoglycaemia - is there no chance to recover?
It's midnight here and I can't sleep. Took a glandular at 3pm, played tennis and took another glandular an hour ago - but it's just made me more awake! Perhaps I need to stop completely for a few days and see where I'm at.
What dose of glandular does Isocort have in each tablet?
