I have a couple addictions and sugar/junk food is one of them. Its something i battle every day. What has helped me alot is to sit down and write down at least 50 things i would like to accomplish or learn in my lifetime and make up my mind to work towards at least one of them every day. 2 of mine was start crocheting again and learn Russian. Yesterday i bought some thread and crochet needles and downloaded a program to start on russian and went over about 100 words last night. It has helped me not dwell on food as much since i usually go towards food when i'm lonely or bored.. Hope this helps (I think this activity is good for everyone to do no matter what their issues since it really makes you think and work towards a fullfilling life)
