It's never advised to end a fast (or a cleanse) on a downturn. Nothing good will be accomplished by eating. It'll only burden the body with digestion when it's dealing with healing. when things are healing, there's often a revisiting of pain or discomfort first. If there's pain there, let it be. It'll heal itself.
