it is more apparent than ever that too little Iodine supplementation is more hazardous than no supplementation at all. this gets interpreted by some as Iodine supplementation other than food sources such as kelp is dangerous. nothing could be further from the truth. the fact is, kelp is not enough unless youve been eating it all along, all your life, and in sufficient quantity to maintain sufficiency and prevent imbalance. anyone know of a person in the US who meets this criterion? i didnt think so.
