I'm a vet tech, and have seen many repeat FUS cases return with worse symptoms each time as the urethra will scar and cause continuing urinary problems that no amount of 'natural healing' will fix. Resecting the opening will eliminate future blockages and the need for hospitalizations and catheterizings. Surgery along with diet improvements will do wonders.
