You're probably right about just fruits and nuts... Ah man.. There's way too much contradiction in the path to finding a proper diet. I'm gonna stick with a balanced omni-raw for now. Mainly based on fruit, fats, veggies, and sprouts (no order). Limiting myself to one portion of meat/fish/eggs each day. I might even substitute a type of blue-green algae in place of the meat/eggs. I just wish I knew the proper macronutrient ratio and other key elements to form the basis of my diet.
I have read that some highly hybridized foods should be limited such as pineapple, wheat, and even dates. I also hear things about tons of other foods that we should not be eating... Anyone have any thoughts on this? What do you think we should not be eating?
The toe is getting a lot better. I've been putting some raw honey and glacial clay (rich in minerals and is very oxygenating) on it. I only had a little bit of the CS left (Natural Immunogenics Fine Mist Spray).
