Thank you for your replies. So I won't be getting my hopes up. I don't think my hives are from food allergies , I got tested for celiac already, i don't have that. I think I just added on stress after stress after stress and my body couldn't handle it anymore, because the hives started when I went into a major Depression from stress. And stress is basically inevitable so I might always have them. but the are getting way easier to handle so that's good. Thanks again:)
